Cancellation Policy
In order to provide the highest level of service with top guides, refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. The policy applies to all tours sponsored by Life So Wild Tours, LLC, on a per person and per booked tour basis.
Life So Wild Tours, LLC requires full payment of all tour fees at the time the reservation is made. 50% of the fees are non-refundable for any reason. The remaining 50% of the fees are refundable only if we receive email notice of cancellation (to jeff@lifesowild.com) no later than:
Winter tours
- 15 days or more prior to all *local ½ day or full day tours.
- 30 days or more prior to all *local multi-day (2 or more days) tours.
- 45 days or more prior to all Yellowstone multi-day (2 or more days) tours.
Summer tours
- 15 days or more prior to all *local ½ day or full day tours.
- 30 days or more prior to all *local multi-day (2 or more days) tours.
- 45 days or more prior to all Yellowstone multi-day (2 or more days) tours.
- 60 days or more prior to all The Grand Tour (3 States – 7 days) tours.
Any eligible refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.
Changes in booking:
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking schedule, but after payment is made, all schedule changes are subject to availability. If we are unable to accommodate your schedule change, refunds will be provided only in accordance with the forgoing terms. We recommend that you notify us of any requested schedule changes no later than two to three months prior to your scheduled tour.
* Local Tours refers to, and includes: Grand Teton National Park, National Elk Refuge and Jackson Hole.
