  • Why should I book a tour with Life So Wild Tours?
    • With Life So Wild Tours, the experience is all about you. We want to take you to see your first bear, to get that perfect picture of a wolf, or to capture a herd of bison in action. Whatever wildlife you want to see in the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem, we want to help you find it. You will be guided by a wildlife photographer who has explored the backcountry for years and has a vast knowledge of the area and the camera equipment that he uses.   • Do you have a refund/return policy?
    • We will provide refunds on a case by case basis. In order to provide the highest level of service with top guides, refunds are subject to our cancellation policy. The policy applies to all tours sponsored by Life So Wild Tours, LLC, on a per person and per booked tour basis. Please view our Cancellation Policy page for more information.
  • How do I book a tour that isn't listed on your website?
    • Gives us a call (307-264-4200) so we can discuss exactly what you are looking to do and what animals you want to see and we'll give you the price and book the trip for you.
  • What does a full-day tour include?
    • A full-day tour with Life So Wild Tours includes a morning pickup in the Jackson/Teton Village area, lunch, snacks, water, and a private ride in a luxury Suburban. Please view our Summer and Winter Tour pages to learn more about the locations that we cover on this tour. 
  • What does a half-day tour include?
    • A half-day tour with Life So Wild Tours includes a morning pickup in the Jackson/Teton Village area, breakfast, snacks, water, and a private ride in a luxury Suburban. Please view our Summer and Winter Tour pages to learn more about the locations that we cover on this tour. 
  • What is included on a multiple-day trip?
    • A multiple day tour with Life So Wild Tours includes a morning pickup in the Jackson/Teton Village area (call us for other distant location pickups), breakfast, lunch, snacks, water, and a private ride in a luxury Suburban.   • What food and drinks are included on each tour?
    • All of our tours include gourmet breakfast and snacks, and we will provide water. On full-day and multiple day tours we will also include gourmet lunches.
    • We don't cover dinners or alcoholic beverages.
    • If you have any food preferences or allergies, please let us know before your tour so we can be prepared for your tour and personalize your experience. 
  • What animals can I expect to see on my tour?
    • In the winter season (November - May) you might see moose, river otter, wolves, foxes, coyote, bison, elk, mule deer, bighorn sheep, mountain goats, porcupine, bald eagles, golden eagles, and a variety of winter birds.
    • In the summer season (May-October) you might see grizzly & black bears, foxes, wolves, coyote, moose, elk, bison, pronghorn (antelope), beavers, badgers, and a variety of birds, including trumpeter swans and bald eagles. 
    • The animals we see will depend on the season. 
  • What kind of vehicles do you use for the tours?
    • We have purchased brand new, high-end, luxury suburbans specifically for Life So Wild Tours. These vehicles will provide a comfortable and silent ride experience for anyone. We want to make this tour unique and fun for you. 
  • What kind of equipment do you use?
    • We have more than $40,000 in optics and camera equipment. We provide spotting scopes to help see the animals engage in their natural habitats. The brands we carry include Swarovski, Nikon, Leica, and Zeiss. 
  • Do I have to pay park fees?
    • Life So Wild Tours covers the fees for both national parks when you book your tour with us, if there are no discounts applied.
